Ashley Tisdale is reprising her role as Candace for Phineas and Ferb The Movie: Candace Against the Universe!
The actress has also been tapped to sing the upcoming film’s opening tune “Such A Beautiful Day,” which was previewed during a special panel at Comic-Con @ Home on Saturday (July 25).
Joined by creators/executive producers Dan Povenmire and Jeff “Swampy” Marsh and director Bob Bowen, Tisdale and fellow cast members Vincent Martella (Phineas), Maulik Pancholy (Baljeet) and Dee Bradley Baker (Perry the Platypus) discussed the origins of the iconic animated series, what to expect from the upcoming movie and more.
Stepbrothers Phineas and Ferb, their older sister Candace, Perry the Platypus and the Danville gang are back together again in Phineas and Ferb The Movie: Candace Against the Universe, an out-of-this-world animated adventure from Disney Television Animation. The movie centers on Phineas and Ferb as they set out across the galaxy to rescue Candace, who after being abducted by aliens, finds utopia in a far-off planet, free of pesky little brothers.
