Fabiola is one of the many stars and health nuts who swear that a shot of ACV a day keeps the doctor away. "I take a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar," she told People. There is limited research that ACV may help to reduce high cholesterol and regulate blood glucose levels. However, it may damage the teeth or throat due to the acidity of the mixture. The best way to take it is by mixing one tbsp of ACV with water and drinking it through a straw.
Fabiola regularly exercises. She tries to get in her workout first thing in the morning. "I do elliptical and incline treadmill, bike [and] box," she told People.
Fabiola explains that she eats what she wants and then works out to burn it off. "In my vocabulary and my mind there is no such thing as 'do not consume it,'" she told People. "I prefer to do [cardiovascular exercise] and eat what I want."
Fabiola detailed her diet to People. She starts her day with a protein with berries and almond milk. "My second meal is protein, whether it's egg whites, vegetables, spinach. Then a snack, either apple or almonds," she continued. "The third meal is the strong meal, which can be fish with brown rice, spinach with olive oil. Then another snack and at night again protein [with] vegetables," she said. She also supplements. "I combine this diet with omega 3 and vitamin C and vitamin E."
