Moon Bloodgood is an American actress and model. Her roles include the films A Lot like Love, Eight Below, Pathfinder, Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li, Terminator Salvation, Faster, and The Sessions, and the series Day Break and Falling Skies.

Her father has Dutch, English, Welsh, and Irish ancestry. Bloodgood is a Dutch name, spelled Bloetgoet many generations back. Her mother is from South Korea, where she met Moon’s father, a serviceman who was stationed there. Moon was raised in Orange County, California. She has said that her name, Moon, is Korean.

Moon is married to internet company owner Grady Hall, with whom she has a daughter.

Moon’s paternal grandfather was Clarence Munson Bloodgood, Jr. (the son of Clarence Munson Bloodgood and Mary E. “Maide” Baker). Moon’s grandfather Clarence was born in Michigan. Moon’s great-grandfather Clarence was the son of Cyrus Edward Bloodgood and Alice Aurelica Munson. Mary E. was the daughter of Hiram E. Baker and Kate E. Day.

Moon’s paternal grandmother was Willa Louise Morgan (the daughter of James Arthur Morgan and Willa/Willie Omelia Wiggins). Moon’s grandmother Willa was born in Orange, California. James was the son of David J. Morgan and Stella Cylena Chaffee. Moon’s great-grandmother Willa was the daughter of Jesse/Jessie Hiram Wiggins and May Etta Faulkner.
