MTV’s The Challenge villain Paulie Calafiore opened up about his complicated dating life in a new interview — and no he is not in a relationship. The former Big Brother contestant revealed that he is currently a single man after a rough few months that saw the end of two blossoming relationships.

Although Calafiore is not dating anyone at the moment, he is looking to get back with his The Challenge co-star, Cara Marie Sorbello.

In an interview on The Domenick Nati Show, Calafiore admitted that he is working on a plan to win Sorbello back. The two met while working on the latest season of MTV’s The Challenge. Their relationship hit a major snag after Calafiore was accused of walking out on his former girlfriend, Danielle Maltby, after meeting Sorbello on the show.

In fact, Calafiore expressed some regret about how things were handled at the end of his relationship with Maltby, with whom he has not spoken to in over a month.

“A lot of things could have been handled better on my end,” Calafiore explained.

The reality star admitted that he and Maltby had something special, but he still wants to explore a relationship with Sorbello moving forward. Prior to their breakup, Sorbello and Calafiore had plans to start a gym business together, which have been put on hold for the moment.

When it comes to Calafiore’s alleged romance with Demi Burnett, he assured everyone that they are just friends and that nothing romantic ever happened between them.

With Calafiore pursuing Sorbello, he has zero interest in starting a relationship with Burnett, which is probably a wise decision.

But given how things ended with Sorbello, Calafiore definitely has an uphill battle ahead of him.

Calafiore also revealed that he was offered a spot on the new season of The Bachelorette. He rejected the offer, however, because he feels it is wrong to force a person to date different people at the same time.
